Does anyone have a natural allergy solutuion that actually works?

No, there aren't. Allergy responses are built in functions of the immune system. The symptoms are those caused as a result of it being triggered by whatever it sees as an invader. There are no herbal or natural remedies that can turn off your immune system- nor would you want to take them if there were, since that is your primary means of defense against all the bacteria and viruses out there. There are those who will recommend local produced honey. If you could get wild honey, that might possibly work, but honey from a commercial beekeeper isn't likely to. Why? Because beekeepers haul their hives to farmers all over, and there's no promise the honey isn't produced from a field miles away from you live, rather than the local flora. That defeats the whole intent, since the honey then contains little of the local pollen your are troubled with. If you suffer seasonal allergies, you are pretty much restricted to medications that help control the worst of the symptoms, a decent air filter, and limited outside exposure. The only other option involves allergy shots. Those are fairly effective, but they are expensive and take a while to be helpful. They also don't usually use local allergens, it's more broadbased things like grass and pet danders, which are fairly universal. Allergies are not a disease, they are simply over-reactions of the immune system, which is why there are no true cures. It's hard to teach the immune system to ignore things, since that's the opposite of what it's supposed to be doing.

immunotherapy is a natural solution. It involves the subcutaneous injection of the allergen in small doses. It is a common clinical therapy for allergy treatment. It is also very effective and can lead to complete independence of treatment.

i agree entirly with 'the mom', drinking tea with local-bought honey broadens your immunity to pollen, but it does NOT get rid of it entirely!!
